Our Simple, Effective "Closed-Loop" Cycle
Our process is simple and designed to be as convenient as possible for you:

Receive Your Delivery: Enjoy your fresh, local produce delivered in one of our insulated totes.

Prep for Return: Simply take your groceries inside and leave the empty tote bag outside your door before your next scheduled delivery.

Pickup and Reuse: Our drivers will pick up the bag, return it to our facility for cleaning, and reintroduce it into the cycle.
It's that easy. This closed-loop system proves that convenience and sustainability can absolutely go hand-in-hand.
What Happens if You Miss a Pickup?
We understand that life gets busy. If you aren't able to leave your bag out for the driver, don’t worry. You have one week to drop it off at one of our designated return locations. Just remember to check the business hours and send us a photo via WhatsApp or email so we can mark it as returned.
To keep our zero-waste system running smoothly, we apply a $15 unreturned bag fee if a tote isn’t returned within one week. If you do drop off your bag after the charge, we're happy to refund the fee as soon as we receive your photo confirmation.
